| Life
is complicated, dance should be simple. Years of study and training, constant
repetitions and occasional revelations have reaffirmed my belief in the
most basic fundamentals of anatomy and movement. Clean, uncomplicated lines
within the constraints of our own anatomy allow for a lifetime of healthy
dancing and a natural development of individual style and unique movement
quality. Acceptance of natural physical limitations can open a wealth of
possibility. Maturity becomes beautiful, weaknesses are made strengths. |
